WHAT MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

• Discount codes & more: each package will also include discount codes for future SoulKu purchases!
• 2 Inspirational Postcards: a stamped inspirational postcard your can send to your "sister" and one to inspire you.
• VIP Early Access to limited edition Super Power necklaces, sales, and other promotions!
• A Special Message connecting you to the others in the SoulKu Sisterhood!

CHARGE & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All members will be charged on the 15th of every other month (except December), and packages will be shipped together so all members share a more connected experience. See charge and shipping schedule below.

• SHIPMENT 1: April 23, 2021 (charged on sign up date)
• SHIPMENT 2: June 18, 2021 (charged on June 15th, 2021)
• SHIPMENT 3: August 20, 2021 (charged on August 15th, 2021)
• SHIPMENT 4: October 22, 2021 (charged on October 15th, 2021)
• SHIPMENT 5: December 10, 2021 (charged on December 9th, 2021 — early for Christmas)
• SHIPMENT 6: February 25, 2022 (charged on February 15th, 2021)

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

• Membership Activation: you should have already received this email confirming your membership and recurring payments.
• Upcoming Charge in 3 Days: this email will be sent 3 days prior to your charge cycle date. At this time you can adjust your shipping address, billing information, or even add products from our website to your order!
• Order Confirmation: you will receive an order confirmation email each time (every 60 days) your recurring membership is charged, based off your unique charge date.
• Shipping Confirmation: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when we  ship your special package (see shipping schedule above).
• Sneak Peak: once your package ships out you will receive a sneak peak email showcasing what's coming in your special shipment, along with a few other surprises!
• Early Access: periodically you will receive early access emails for limited edition SoulKu products and promotion—like our bi-monthly Super Power releases. You'll be able to purchase before anyone else!

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

• Cancellations: you may cancel your membership anytime after the 2nd shipment, with a 60 day notice. Please contact our Care Team to cancel. You will receive an email confirmation once your membership has been cancelled. 
• Access & Manage Your Membership Account: your membership login is attached to your SoulKu.com login. Once you login on our main website, you can access your Membership details on your account page.
