If you would like to return any items, please contact our Care Team within 14 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization.

Click the link below to fill out our contact form and select "I Would Like To Return My Order" from the Reasons dropdown menu. 

SoulKu does not cover the cost of shipping for your return. A refund for unworn merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued upon receipt of the returned items within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

All marked down sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement item(s) online in a new, separate order from your original order. You will be provided with tracking information once your items are processed.
