We are still accepting Repair purchases at this time, but due to the current circumstances, we will not be working on any repairs until at least April 1st. You can still send us your item to be repaired, and we will hold until our team is fully back in the office.
We are so humbled you’ve worn and loved your SoulKu so well that it is ready to be refurbished. We want to honor you and are thrilled to have the opportunity to breathe new life back into your treasured piece. Also, we know your gemstone is important to you, so we will be sure your repaired item returns to you with the exact same gemstone you sent. We will add new hardware when needed and will always send your piece back on a new repair card. Repairs will be made using our current design specifications, which includes knots on either side of the gemstone for our necklaces.
NOTE: If you order a new item on the same order as a repair, we will wait to ship the new item once your repaired item is ready to ship.
1. Purchase a SoulKu Repair Package above for
$5.00 (shipping of the repair back to you will be charged at checkout)
This covers the cost of materials, labor, and shipping the item back to you once complete. If you need a necklace repair, make sure to select the length above in the dropdown menu. And make sure to purchase a repair package for each of the items you need repaired.
2. Ship your item to our studio

***To ensure safety of your gemstone, we highly recommend you package your item in a bubble wrap mailer and wrapped in tissue. (cost of shipping your item to us is not covered in your purchase)
Unfortunately we've had instances where the stone has been lost or removed during transit. SoulKu is not responsible for lost or missing stones. In this instance you will need to purchase a replacement.

3. One of Mama Makers will repair your item
Once your item is received at our studio, we will make the necessary repairs, such as restringing, adding new sterling silver hardware, etc. Repairs typically take 1-2 weeks to complete after your repair arrives to our studio.
4. We will ship your item back to you
When your item is repaired to new, we will send it back to you using the address you provide. If you ordered any new items on the same order, we will ship these items with your repair.
