    How to Set Intentions (Step 4)

    JUST CHILL

    The next step is crucial to the manifestation process. And it can be the very hardest. Believe me…I’ve been there. This is where self-care can actually play a very significant role in your process.

    In order to truly manifest your desires into form, you gotta chill out! Most masters of intention will tell you that if you can be certain of the outcome, you can afford to wait and wait without anxiety. Easier said than done right?!

    First, I start with the thought that the Universe has a much better plan than I could ever have. The Universe is limitless on the number of situations that can bring about my intentions…We’re pretty limited in our monkey brains…like, “If I don’t get THIS job or THIS relationship, all is lost.” That is simply not true and the Universe has a bazillion ways to make things happen. When you really let yourself think of it the possibilities are absolutely endless.

    AND I can almost guarantee that it won’t look at all the way you think it will look. In this “Chill” phase it’s really best to think of possibility and remain open to the Universe’s plan and not focus on the “How.” The “How” is the Universe’s job – Thank Goodness!

    When anxiety is rising, if, say things aren’t coming at the speed that you desire or things are coming but they’re not making any sense, you need to make sure you are caring for yourself. I can tell you that getting out in nature and getting some exercise will help you move past the anxiety. If you walk or hike and breathe and say your mantras, say gratitudes for what you already have, the natural endorphins mixed with your good thoughts will help this pass so you can get back to “Chill.”

    Do not allow yourself to stress out about chilling either. You will get there. And there is no punishment for struggling through it. It’s difficult for almost everyone I know to remain calm when you feel like your life isn’t yet unfolding the way you want it to. Be patient with yourself. Take care of yourself. Nurture yourself with a bath or essential oils or a massage if you can.

    Allow the good life that you desire to be the life you are living bit by bit. You can do this.  AND the reward at the end is better than you can ever imagine.

    Stay clear on what you want. The timing is up to the Universe as is the form in which it comes. Stay calm, relax and trust.
