About the stone:

Green rutilated quartz isn't dyed or treated - the green comes from fine, naturally occurring threads of actinolite (sometimes tourmaline) growing right through clear quartz, like something caught mid-motion. Crystal practitioners connect it to the heart chakra - specifically the kind of heart-opening that comes after you've had to protect it for a while. It's associated with self-trust, grounding, and the sturdier kind of growth: not a lightning-bolt transformation, but the slow, steady rebuilding that actually holds.
