We have grown... I don't know if you're new to SoulKu or have been with us for a while, but it's safe to say things have blown up a bit around here!

And we're so, so, so, so, so excited, and so, so, so, so grateful, and so, so, so, so resolutely committed to our values that we wanted to reach out and make sure you knew that.

Growth is amazing. It's every entrepreneur's dream to finally figure out the secret sauce of the right product mixed with the best staffing, carefully folded together with the magic of marketing and advertising.

Not to say we've got it in the bag. We don't. Every week is different around here, and we're always finding ourselves with mind boggling challenges and incredible opportunities to fall flat on our faces.

But here's what will never change...

First and foremost, at our core, our mission is to be in service.

Before we do ANYTHING, we ask ourselves:  Are we in service?

Will this piece of healing jewelry be helpful to the person wearing it?

Are our wholesale partners feeling the love we put into every box we pack and every connection we make with them?

Are we serving our environment by making eco-friendly choices–even when it costs us more or is wildly inconvenient?

Are we in service to our staff's personal and professional growth as they stand side by side with us on this incredible journey?

If the answer isn't YES, we rethink it until it is.

Second, we do business like a MOTHER.

It's our other reference point beyond service. Moms are strong, multi-tasking, scrappy, resourceful, not easily dissuaded, and they do what is best for their family–all while shooting out beams of love.

Being mothers is our greatest business asset. Better than a Harvard MBA, or the best business consultant out there. We make decisions as moms. We consider SOULKU our child and YOU our family, and we will always do what's best for both.

As we've grown we've recognized that while there will be more people loving on us–and with that, there will also be more people questioning our integrity and wondering if we're trustworthy. We're doing business like a mother, and you can trust we always have your best interest at heart. We feel beyond blessed to have the opportunity to serve you on your journey. Sometimes people ask....how could it be that we truly offer REAL, meaningful, gemstone jewelry, handmade by stay-at-home moms who earn a thriving wage and made in the USA... and whose values include eco-friendliness and non-profit donation and are on an unstoppable mission to serve?

And just so you know...

All of our gemstones are 100% authentic stones (except for our Soul Shine cut glass crystal collection and our Goldstone styles), which we source from around the globe from various partners we trust.

We always strive to be as eco-conscious as we can by using eco-mailers and recycled packaging, compostable cello bags, as well as working with a local printer who only uses FSC certified paper.

We will NEVER sacrifice our values or quality to go with the flow or make a quick buck. No way! If we're not offering something really meaningful and special, something of absolute quality and value, we'll stop. The world doesn't need more stuff.

What the world needs is more businesses run by woman, more specifically, run by moms–moms who get it. Moms who understand the value in quality, in integrity, in connection, inspiration, celebration, and empowerment. Moms whose commitment to mission and values supersede the nagging pull of pure capitalism.
